Order Processing

• All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing tracking details.

• Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

• Metro Cities: 4–6 business days

• Other Locations: 6–10 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, or unforeseen delays such as weather disruptions or logistics issues.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on all orders placed through our website.

• Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment.

• All orders must be prepaid using the available online payment methods at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email and phone number.

If you experience any issues tracking your shipment, our support team will be happy to assist you.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or non-response, the parcel will be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping may require additional shipping charges.

International Shipping

Currently, Voxtur ships only within India.

We plan to expand international shipping options soon.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Voxtur is not liable for courier delays or events beyond our control such as natural disasters or strikes.
